1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide! To ensure you get the best possible rates, we use Pirate Ship to compare and purchase shipping labels from reliable carriers like USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, DHL, and FedEx to get your books to you safely. We use Pirate Ship to access the best services and rates these carriers offer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from us (or directly from Pirate Ship) with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

5. International Orders & Customs

  • You are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that your country may charge. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • We fill out all customs forms accurately declaring the contents as "Books" and their value.

6. What if my package is lost or damaged?

  • Lost Package: If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, contact us at Contact and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier through our Pirate Ship platform.

  • Damaged Package: If your book arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Email with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
